Al-Ettifaq Set for Friendly Clash Against Almería

Al-Ettifaq’s first football team is set to face Spanish club Almería in a friendly match on Sunday, as announced

by the club’s official account on the platform X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday. Originally, Al-Ettifaq was

scheduled to play a friendly against Elche, but the match was canceled at the last minute.

On Saturday, Al-Ettifaq’s players participated in both morning and evening training sessions under

the guidance of English coach Steven Gerrard. The day began with preventive exercises in the gym, followed

by fitness drills led by the club’s fitness coach. The training concluded with a technical maneuver and some recovery exercises for the players.

Al-Ettifaq, under the leadership of coach Steven Gerrard, is gearing up for a new season full of challenges.

The team will be competing in the Saudi Pro League (Roshn League), the King’s Cup, and the GCC Champions
